Jugo Talisman

Originally hand made by an ancient Roman craftsman, this piece was part of a clasp, once part of a buckle, a found object immortalised by casting in eco silver. The textures created by centuries of exposure to the earth are celebrated in this tactile talisman. 'Jugo' translates from Latin as 'clasp'.
