Ready to Ship and sale items will be shipped and tracked within 5 working days using POST OFFICE.

Made to order items generally take longer as the items are made by hand and take between 6-8 weeks to be made and shipped.

Items will be sent special delivery to ensure packages are safely tracked. Parcels are signed for; please ensure the delivery address can receive parcels in person.

Tracking orders are sent via email once your items have been dispatched.

*Please note that made to order items to be hallmarked will take an additional 10 days.
